Hello, I'm Glynda, and I am a Professional Massage Therapist, Health Educator, and Reiki practitioner. With my private practice I have served my community  in the north and east San Francisco Bay area for over five years.

I received my diploma at National Holistic Institute in Professional Massage Therapy and Health Education and received two Letters of Excellence in both Western and Asian modalities there. I am also a Professional Member of the American Massage Therapy Assocation.

I integrate shiatsu, Swedish, Deep Tissue, mysofascial release, trigger point therapy, energy work and other techniques and modalities to suit you. I listen to your needs and concerns and we work together as a co-creative team to facilitate the healing process.

With my practical knowledge in kinisesiolgy, anatomy, physiology, and mental health along with my intuitive abilities and my massage skills, I address each session to meet your goals, may they be correcting postural issues, increasing range of motion, general stress reduction and relaxation, pain relief, or general well-being.

I am constantly learning and growing to serve people better. My current goal is to become a Reiki Master so that I may teach this ancient form of healing and pass attunements to others. One of my requirements to achieve this is to give 23 one hour hands-on treatments to others. You can help by being a client/receiver for a treatment.  I also do long distance Reiki healings at a love offering basis. Reiki is free. I ask for payment to honor my time and my education.

I truly believe communication is key, and that each person can empower themselves by being accountable for their own health. No one can fix you. Practitioners and doctors are there to aid you in your healing process.
